About me

Hi, I'm Gosia! After completing my studies in Physical Education, I moved to the UK and dedicated myself to raising my two boys. For seven years, I lacked daily movement until I was introduced to yoga. Attending my first class was a life-changing experience, reigniting my passion for fitness.

 

Starting yoga at 36, I transformed my strength and flexibility, eventually completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and 800 hours of advanced training. I am now qualified in Yin, Dharma, Vinyasa, Mobility Training, and more. As a personal trainer, handstand coach, Pilates instructor, and health coach, I focus on helping others become their best selves through a modern teaching style that combines strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance.
